QualityManager is our proprietary waveform data collection/control/analysis system.

Features

Visualize Line Status with Waveform Data

A multi-function screen simultaneously displays various measurement values on the monitor. Multiple waveforms can be viewed overlapped to check waveform changes per cycle or time while monitoring the production line. The currently selected data can also be linked by highlighting it, and there is a function for analyzing accumulated data to assist in determining "threshold values".

Purpose

Improve Productivity Using Automatically Accumulated Data

By integrating this system into production lines, data is automatically measured. It can be used to improve product quality, such as helping to set thresholds, performing lot-to-lot inspection, and analyzing the causes of defective products. It can be used to verify the repeatability of equipment measurements, such as gauge R&R (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility). The system can also be used to predict failures of measurement equipment and to establish maintenance schedules.

Configuration Example

Real-time data collection

Data compliant with the QualityManager standard data format "QM interface" is imported from each machine in real time.
A custom program for "QM interface" is required on the machine side computer.
QualityManager uses its hardware and database to propose optimal solutions based on comprehensive consideration of waveform data volume, number of workpieces produced, number of target machines, etc.
