High-speed, Lightweight,
High-precision Tool
Equipped with an "impact mode" that suppresses reaction force during fastening, the tool reduces the burden on the operator while maintaining high-precision fastening even at high torques. The tool stores fastening data and torque waveform data for up to 16 tightening sessions, and each data record can be securely transferred to the station controller for continuous fastening. The tool's fastening counter can be set to either "total count" or a resettable "section count". The programmable system can be used for double fastening and complex fastening operations. The "OK/FAIL" LED indicator covers the entire surface of the motor end for excellent visibility.

Batch Count Function
The SHBN wireless nutrunner has similar functions as the SHDN handheld nutrunner, including Impact mode, Auto Adjusted Impact mode fastening, and a batch count function.
Stress-free Specifications
Impact mode mitigates recoil, helping to reduce operator strain and repetitive motion injuries. Approximately 2,000 fastening cycles are possible per full charge (SHB-T1-016P/maximum tightening torque/hard joint). Even when batteries need to be replaced, as long as installation/removal takes less than one minute, work can be resumed immediately without waiting for communication connection, boosting productivity. The "OK/FAIL" LED indicator on the end of the motor covers the entire surface so that workers can tell at a glance whether it is operating correctly.

- Up to 4 tools can be controlled by a single station controller.
- All operations, such as displaying fastening data, checking history, and adjusting settings, can be performed from the touch panel LCD screen.
- 4 million fastening records can be stored, including torque waveform data.
- Data such as fastening settings and histories, can be backed up to a USB memory stick.
- A LAN connector is equipped as standard, supporting speeds of 10/100/1000Mbps.
- I/O connection to PLC is available. Support for fieldbus (DeviceNet, CC-Link, Ethernet/IP and others) through expansion options.
Station Controller Terminal（SCT）
Optional Station Controller Terminal for windows software can be operated from a remote location by wireless LAN connection such as tablet.Compatible with touch panels.
Communication Specifications of Station Controller
Choose with wireless LAN or without wireless LAN to connect to the external access point. Reduce the risk of radio wave interference by connecting multiple station controllers to the access point.
